We all face adversity during our lifetime. Our country is facing some serious adversity right now. As a leader, you have to bring people together. We have incredible people working on this for all of us. Look at what all our doctors, nurses, and all the other medical professionals are doing for us right now. They are putting themselves on the line every day. When adversity hits, true leaders don’t point fingers and look to blame. True leaders bring their people together and present a plan to get through the tough times. We are the toughest country in the world with amazing people, who can do incredible things. We cannot separate as a country. Every leader from businesses, local governments, state governments, and our national government needs to come together to work with each other and overcome this. Maybe this is a sign that we are too divided in this country and this adversity is what can bring us closer together. Americans have faced adversity throughout our country’s history, yet we have always prevailed. It is our time to unite as Americans and overcome the adversity that we currently face.
